Reach out through the contact page — the form, my email, or WhatsApp. Tell me a little about your project and what you're hoping for. I typically reply within 24–48 hours, and then we have a quick call or chat to see if we're a good fit. No commitment until we both agree on the scope.

It depends on the project. A focused brand refresh or a small print piece can come together in a couple of weeks; a full brand identity or a new website takes longer. I'll always give you an honest timeline before we start. I only take on a few projects at a time, so yours gets my full attention.

Every project is different, so I don't use a one-size-fits-all price. The cost depends on what you're creating, the scope of the project, and the deliverables you need. As a freelance designer, my rates are generally more affordable than working with a design agency, while you still get a personalized, professional design process. Once I understand your project, I'll give you a clear quote before we get started.

Yes! Most of my process works beautifully over email and video calls — discovery, reviews, revisions, delivery. I'm based in Kelowna, BC, but I work with clients anywhere.

Whatever you have: your existing logo, photos, content, links to brands you admire, and a rough idea of your goals. You don't need everything figured out — part of my process is helping you get clear on what your brand (or website) needs to do.

I build every site with SEO foundations: clean semantic code, proper meta titles and descriptions, and local SEO basics for Kelowna and the Okanagan. No designer can honestly promise rankings — but I'll give your site the best possible start.

I typically include up to 3 rounds of revisions in a design project. This gives us room to refine the work, make adjustments, and get the design closer to what you have in mind. If additional revisions are needed beyond the included rounds, they're available at an additional cost.

All of them! Once the project has been paid in full, you'll receive the final design files you need to use your work across print and digital platforms. You own your final design files — I only keep copies for my records and to showcase the project in my portfolio.

Yes, when ongoing support makes sense for your business. This can include marketing materials, social media graphics, website updates, and other design needs that come up over time. We can figure out a flexible arrangement based on what you actually need rather than forcing you into a fixed package.
